It was like this last year too. I made a couple of 16thc roma outfits just for the heat and ended up only wearing one on the first day. Most of the time, I was in either full Elizabethan or dec'd out Italian.
Most mornings last year, I woke up and could see my breath! Good thing I brought ten different blankets. I used ever last one of 'em.
