The Bellatrix LeStrange outfit should be done on Friday. I'm working on the waist cincher tonight while being a warm body at work.
I might make a "real" Irish dress for Irish weekend. I don't know yet.
I need to start on my 12th night gown. I'm going to get a couple more cutter fur lots for that thing...
I also need to work on my 18th c gown. I have some okay but not great fabric to play with which is perfect. This way, if I royally mess up, I won't cry nearly as much as I would with say 10 yards of silk? It's a lovely mauve cotton for the skirt and a matching brown background floral cotton for the jacket/top. Like I said, not perfect, but good for playing with.
I should work on another gown for Mom and fix her Turkish coat. (She's already mentioned wanting to come back to Pennsic. *squee*)
I want to work on my Day of Wrong gown as well, assuming I get the fabric in enough time. The bad thing is that Day of Wrong is the same day as Storvik B-Day. What I'm thinking is maybe only stay for half the day at MDRF and then go over to Storvik B-Day? The dress I'm thinking of making isn't wrong, per se, but is going to be Disney Snow White's dress made using more accurate cuts. (Basically, more along the lines of this dress or this one or maybe even the seated women near the doorway on the right side facing us. I want the slightly puffed but "short" sleeved dress, square neck, some sort of collared chemise/partlet, and contrasting sleeves with the main body of the dress. I know contrasting sleeves with the forepart wasn't common but it was done. The dress will be blue velvet, yellow forepart/skirt, and red sleeves. It won't be perfect but it will be more inline with what was worn. Does that make sense?)
Anyways, that is today's list. Tomorrow's will be different. :-)
