Well, so much for transportation...
Ya know how my RAV4 died, right?
Ya know how Dad & Mom let me borrow the Jeep until this stupid loan comes through, right?
Well, the jeep is about to die.
I warned Dad that the breaks didn't sound good and I drove Mom up the store in it today. She didn't want to go any further. The breaks are really really bad. They sound worse today than they did yesterday. I think part of it might be the salt from the road but they aren't good.
So, the Jeep is now curbed. I don't mind taking the Metro into work but everything else I do on a daily basis (the mall, grocery shopping, just getting to friend's houses) is going to have to take a backseat, so to speak, until this stupid loan comes through and I can go get a truck. One that works. And will work for a while, preferably.
