isabelladangelo: (Ever After Question Look)

Cross-posting update: We've eliminated the ability to cross-post screened comments and comments on protected entries to Facebook and Twitter for all users (i.e., both Cyrillic and non-Cyrillic). As a result of this change, only public content can be cross-posted through this feature.

Yeap, they've finally gotten rid of most of it. It's till there but only on public entries. Private entries are a no go.

...does this mean people will come back? I doubt it.

I think it's too little too late. I don't want my journal to have to be friends-only, but that's the only choice I've got -- well I could screen comments, but it's kinda hard for folks to carry on a conversation if all the comments are screened. KWIM? I don't have the time to unscreen comments after the fact. :-(

I'm just seriously disappointed with the whole mess. I don't know what idiot told them it would be a good idea. I don't know why they won't give us a journal-wide opt out.

And then there's the whole issue of the corporate trolls. *sigh* DW really is a nice and inviting place.
