Depending on your anticonvulsant, I'd be cautious on aspirin. Some have some side effects in regards to excessive bleeding.

Depakote is a prime example on that one.

Sorry, kiddo had absanz seizures (non convulsive epilepsy but still definitely needed medication) and we ran the gamut for a while.

On the other side of that: aspirin is a wonder drug with animals it seems. We were told to treat some pretty severe arthritis due to injury (retired greyhound) with baby aspirin. It worked wonders.
