Sewing Update!

I did it! I cut out the fabric! The main body of the dress is out of some vintage silk satin I had lying around (ebay find) in a creamy ivory color. The overskirt is the gold version of the Ever After fabric with silver/light gold crinkle organza. I crinkled the scallop and pearl fabric after it was cut and it now all looks old. There really isn't another way to describe it other than...old.

Now, to sew it up, add the trim, and get this thing done. Of course, I figured out I still need a couple of trims to really get this looking nice. Shopping trip tomorrow!
