The first of the two silks I bought came...

And it is silk just not Pink silk. It's more of a lovely lavender in color. I'm pretty sure some pink dye will help but I am slightly disappointed. On the other hand, I did do the burn test and ummm...yeah, burnt dog hair. Ah! The smell of burnt silk! So $30 for 5 yards of silk charmeuse isn't too bad even if it is the wrong color.
