The problem is I don't think it's just for the Russians. Yes, either way it's not good, but two points really bug me; that the translation is meaningless and only the Russian will be used in court and that "This Agreement may be amended by the Administration without special notice by publishing a new version hereof at the above URL. The new version hereof shall come into force upon its online publishing unless otherwise set forth by such a new version hereof." To me, it means they can change the agreement - which is already bad- willy nilly and force anyone on LJ to be subjected to the new agreement without telling anyone what the new rules are (or translating the new rules for us 'Muricans). That just has BAD mojo all over it.
