German Gown

Just a quick update. I think I'm going to do the existing green german gown rather than the Anne of Cleves gown for two reasons; a)I have enough green silk damask on hand and b)i'm never going to figure out Anne's headdress. I think it's some sort of woven pearl trim but it looks more like something out of Star Wars than anything else. With the green gown, I can wear my red jacquard corest underneath and just use the left over gold silk from another client's gown for trim. I have the cutting directions and the gown is very pretty. I have the fabric out already and will get on it as soon as I finish my current client's gown.
