Knitting!

Yes, Knitting. I finally figured out this whole knitting thing back in May....it took me until some time in July I believe to finish what was supposed to be a purse. My great aunt liked it. It was slightly odd looking. I think it is hiding some where in the scrap box.
Since july, I stopped knitting until this month. I'm currently finishing up my second scarf of the week and will probably start on the second panel for a blanket I'm working on. Yes, I've gone knitting crazy but that's only because I cna't bring the sewing machine to work. Yes, I asked. Knitting needles are perfectly acceptable though.
I made dad's scarf for Christmas out of some really neat green/slate blue/sierra brown yarn that just went on sale the day after I bought it. I also am making a friend a scarf for Christmas and made a scarf out of my own, hand spun yarn last week. Ginsie got that one. It's pretty short but 100% wool and looks cute on the doggie. I'll post pictures with her wearing the scarf later. Da'd picture of him wearing his scarf will be up after Christmas.

12th night?

12th night is going to be in Hollywood Maryland. Is anyone else going? If so, are you going to feast? I'd like to get a table with a few other people, if possible. No, you don't have to be a member of the SCA. I think kids are allowed, just not babies. (No room for high chairs).
