The problem with working in downtown DC again?

...is the shopping. I had forgetten how easy it is to get to Urban Outfitters, Bed, Bath & Beyond, as well as Macy's and a few dozen other stores. (Oh! Look! A B&N! Squee!). I think I remember now why I never had any money (but the shoes! I need like half the shoes at Urban Outfitters right now...) and, since I'll be working down here permenantly...maybe I should just never go outside again. ...oh...look....Ebay...

Plans thus far

Coronation on Saturday. It's at the fairgrounds so puppies are allowed! Squee! I'm thinking her heraldic cloak if she wears anything on Saturday. I'm still not sure what I'm going to wear. I might finish the pink Italian by then but I'm not sure. I only have tomorrow to finish it.

On Sunday, MDRF, of course! It looks like Mom might come with me which will be a ton of fun. I love it when she comes because she'll make just as many comments as I will. ;-)

Next week, I should have enough time (inbetween work, the pup, writing, and hanging out with friends) to work on an Elizabethan. I have the fabric, I just need to cut it out and sew it up!
