Given that it will rain tomorrow

I'm thinking on holding off on the Steampunk for tomorrow. I'm thinking Viking instead? I just don't want to wear wet denim. :-) And I still want something that can get soaked but that I'll be comfortable and I can wash it the second I get home. Tomorrow is supposed to be the day of wrong but what's the point if everyone is huddled beneath their cloaks?

So, rather than work on the denim for tomorrow, I think I'll just go back to working on Mom's outfit for now. I re-dyed the coat fabric. It's not dark but it's a nice sea-green now and it's darker enough from the pale blue that it's very noticeable. Now, just what to line it in....
