Ugh!

Yes, it's 4 am. I was DETERMINED to finish a sewing project and it was made of fail. I'm not sure it can be salvaged or not. It just looks WRONG and I haven't the slightest idea of how to fix it.

I was trying to make this dress but out of purple silk chiffon rather than yellow silk net. The bodice looked like it came out fine. The skirt was okay -not perfect, but okay- and the belt looked fantastic...and then I put it on. It looked HORRIBLE on. The belt was pretty much lopsided looking (it isn't really but the rouching (sp?) made it look like it was "falling" on the right side), the skirt ended up being too long and the bodice...just made me look BIG. Like I suddenly gained 50 pounds big. It was just...weird.

So, there goes that dress. Gah!
