Minor Update
Oct. 9th, 2010 07:45 amI decided around 11 pm last night that it's probably better not to go to Williamsburg. A) The trip itself would cost me about $80 in gas and b) there is no guarantee that they'd have shoes in my size. Oh well.
Plus, I know me. I'd spend all my money in the very large, very awesome Yankee Candle store and not have enough for any shoes anyway. ;-p
In a somewhat related but rather random costuming note: Icing and Claire's are having their seasonal clearances. I got a really neat flat crowned straw hat (good for an 18th c base but the straw is rather "rustic") and a lovely felt top hat (possible reconstruction for an Elizabethan Tall hat with minor changes) both for only $2 each. They did have some of their 5 for $10 jewelry as well on sale. If you have one near you, you might want to check it out this weekend.
