I pleated the petticoat for Mom all wrong. I need to take it completely apart and redo it.

I did finish her pockets and finish the mock up for one of the jackets. It's based off of this pattern:

It's terribly cute and I've cut it out but I didn't get a chance to work on it much more than that tonight. Stupid petticoat!
