White Cake Recipe!

I posted over on blogspot about my fun experimentation with making a normal white cake recipe into a Vegan one. Don't worry, I'm not vegan. :-) However, it seemed silly to use eggs when I couldn't use any other animal product due to allergies so...apple sauce it is!
