I'm actually cooler with a loose fitting floppy hat (flat cap I think it is) than without because I've found when my head has the sun baking on it it's just too hot.
I'm a also VERY big fan of the snood :)
When it's this hot often pyllgrum and I make it a short day. If I'm miserable or he's miserable then why are we there? Better to go early and bail early :)
