Want!

Actually, this kinda is my idea. If I remember tonight (please remember!) I need to call a guy about a tralier up north of B'more. It's an old fold out trailer than needs to be taken apart but the axils and bed are still good on it. I want to rip the thing to shreds and build the above on the trailer bed. That way, I'll have something a bit drier (and less fear of strange rodent crawling into the tent as well) for Pennsic.
I wanted to make this after last Pennsic...ya know, muddy muddy gunky Pennsic? Because ummm...yeah...would you rather have the above or a perfectly period tent?

:-) I envied the flood proof people for the past couple of years. Not that my camp really floods bad at all...it's just that there was no way in heck you could have stopped water coming in your tent last year. There was water on you and your boots and that got into the tent....and canvas absorbs water so everything just stayed wet. Even stuff everyone thought was dry turned out to be wet when we got home. I figure wood and a good foot above the ground might help out...

Now, to figure out whether I want faux stone like they have or go Tudor....
