SCA Feast gear
Jan. 10th, 2008 06:25 pmI finally found some silverware for my feast gear that I can live with. Believe it or not, I found it at K-Mart as part of the Martha Stuart collection. It's modern silverware but the handles are made to look like wood (it's plastic but you can't tell from a foot away) and are rounded and twisted making it look very middle ages ish. Yeah, it's still not perfect but for $25 for a full 4 piece modern setting? I'm not complaining. Besides, I needed more than the two knifes from two different silverware collections.... I have no idea where the knives went. I have all the spoons from each of the collections....

Date: 2008-01-11 12:02 pm (UTC)I use to have a very eccletic mix of stuff. Including a set of goblets that I'm going to sell at my next yard sale. They are your typically pottery painted 1970's goblet style mugs. :-) It didn't go with the "gold" plate and the silverware I originally had...
