random update
Oct. 28th, 2006 10:54 pmI had the wonderful oppurtunity this afternoon to help put a dress on...my baby brother. :-) He had to go to a Halloween party and was going to wear my old tutu with his lacrosse gear. I told him he could borrow a dress if he wanted. The only dress that fit was my blue and gold one that is way too big for me. (I'm trying to sell it if anyone wants it. It's up on ebay right now under my JubileeL ID) So, he's dec'd out in silk and velvet going to a costume party... I'm highly amused.
In other news....I'm working on the museum outfit. I need to finish up by tomorrow. I have the pieces cut out for the most part, it's just a matter of sewing it all up.
I then have to sew up a Viking costume for my baby brothers English class. (He's a senior in case anyone is wondering, in high school.) He needs it by halloween...Thank God that Viking isn't that elaborate. He said he'd just wear one of my gowns again with a big red A and go as the Scarlet Letter rather than Beowulf...but I refuse to allow that. None of the gowns I have right now were worn beyound the year 1610! I can't let him go out without being period! That would be just wrong...
