I have no idea if that is correct or not, but it's pretty. And after today, pretty makes up for an awful lot. I love the detail of the trim on the blouse (it's an actual blouse!) and the back of the dress. The colors, the trims; this is pretty. I'd wear this if it came in my size!
EDIT: I probably should warn everyone not to look beyond that page. The rest of the stuff is sort of interesting but this one just caught my eye.
