This is what it ended up looking like Sunday night:

The colors are called Evening Twilight for the background and Cracked Pepper for the heraldic lions. I used a piece of foam board as the stencil for the left and a regular old paper bag as the stencil to the right. Believe it or not, the paper bag was far superior. I didn't have to correct nearly as many mistakes using it. Of course, the problem was you could only use it once so I'd make a heavy duty stencil and just trace it on to a bunch of paper bags if anyone is doing any painting in the future.

It did not take long. To paint the wall gray took one coat of paint and only an hour to tape it up, move the entertainment center, and actually paint it. The stencils took a bit longer because I really had to make sure they looked like heraldic lions. :-)

I'm thinking of adding the pink fleur-de-lis from the curtain design to the center of wall, above the TV but I'm not sure yet.
