Oh! In other news, I've switched up the Mad Hatter dress idea again.
This is the inspiration. I already have the dress fabric that will go perfectly. It's a iridescent silk in blue and purple with pink roses embroidered on it. The silk always looked too modern to do much with costuming wise so it's sat, very sadly, on the shelf for a few years. However, since the Mad Hatter dress doesn't need a specific time period, this will go quite well. I'm thinking of mixing 16th and 18th c influences. We'll see. But I'm using that fabric!
