I went shopping with Mom the other day. Hot topic had this *gorgeous* black velvet long skirt that looked vaguely steampunk for $20. I bought it in a heart beat. I also had to get the "We're going to Candy Mountain!" Charlie the Unicorn t-shirt. (It's so wrong that I can sound just like the pink unicorn and freak people out.) :-)
I tried on tons of work trousers but none fit right. The designers seem to be going back to the way too low waists and the weird flares that bunch at the thighs. I hate both styles. I'm just going to make my own work outfits because it's gotten cheaper to make my own clothing than to buy it on sale.
Didn't get much on the sewing front done yesterday. Hopefully, I will tonight.
