I have a theory. My current working theory is that our dearly beloved Starbuck is Daniel (Number 7's) daughter. Remember, Helen said that Daniel was an "artist" and who can forget Starbuck's paintings? I think Starbuck is a hybrid. Discuss?

Personally, I think Starbuck is a clone, and a slew of other people on that ship could also have been cloned.

But mostly, Starbuck could have been cloned, seeing as one of her ovaries was removed. The cylons have her DNA and her kids' DNA de facto.

Otherwise, she's a hybrid, or a cylon that has not been mentioned yet in cylon lore.

I think that's a decent theory. Whatever she is, she ain't human. At least not by the original definition of the word.

I LOVED the episode last night. I came up with the theory before the episode (got the lovely time stamps to prove it!) and the entire thing only seemed to strengthened my theory.

However, we cannot forget the whole Gaius/Six thing which, well, this may be something similar. I doubt it since it looked like Starbuck was remembering and imagining her father there rather than hearing random voices in her head. Maybe there is a way the skinjobs can download their thoughts/memories into humans? hmmm....
