More thinking

I'm seriously considering going to Dragon Con this year. I've played with the idea of going before but this year I think I might be able to actually make it. Of course, I'm also going to Costume Con, the Labyrinth Ball, Pennsic, and MDRF to play dress up and shop. Getting enough costumes together won't be hard at all and I really just want to go and get a couple of autographs for my Dad's birthday. :-) The problem is leave (which I could wing) and money (Pennsic is NOT cheap and then to go down to Atlanta for a weekend?). I can do it, I just need to start budgeting now...

Any yeas or nays about Dragon Con?

You could also join us at the PA ren faire in Mount Hope. Which is really just an excuse to dress up and drink wine.

Hehehe, I might come up this year for a weekend. I've been thinking of coming up since oh...'99 or so? 'bout time I finally did!

It's tired and I'm late... or something like that... but... YAY DRAGONCON! We're going to try and go this year, I think. Last year was the first I missed in the last 5 and I was crushed about it. I love D*C.

Although, if it's your first, it may not be the best idea to start this year. Apparently there are some huge issues with the hotels involving a NASCAR race and some other huge event taking up large blocks of space in the host hotels, so there are major room issues and I expect crowd issues too.

The more I think about, the more I want to go. Dad just needs a picture signed by both President Laura and Admiral Adama, ya know? ...and there is just something so appealing about dressing up like Model number three (D'Anna Biers) .
