Sewing and Crafting update

I bought some absolutely lovely purple roving at Defending the Gate that is spinning up so absolutely gorgeously. The stuff is so thin, I can practically sew with it! Actually, some really nice embroidery on a new apron dress might just work. Hmmm... Of course, I have to finish spinning it and since I have an entire bag and I'm hand spinning it...that will take a while. :-)

I've finished up part of my super secret project! Woohoo! Just two more pieces to go. Grr...

I need to finish up my Easter outfit tonight and work on Mom's ball gown that she doesn't know I'm making her. I'm hoping she'll just see it and wear it since she's very picky on these things....
