isabelladangeloThis is something I know I will never see happen but I think it would be a lot of fun for Ginsie to get her Award of Arms in the SCA. I am well aware that Miss Ginsie is a dog and, therefore, probably not eligible but can anyone argue that she isn't always perfectly in character? That she doesn't resemble the dogs in portrait that she's trying to portray? That she isn't the best dressed dog at any given SCA event?
Unofficially, the pup probably has been given more titles than I have. She's been allowed to wear strawberry leaves (long story there), been called into court (back when Sapphire Joust allowed pets), and always ready to give anyone a wag of her tail.
Officially, the pup is just Ginsie. I can't even call her by her name of Miss Ginsie at events because she clearly hasn't earned that title. I think, given her hunting skills and her accurate portrayal of a medieval/renaissance dog, she should get something more than a milk bone. ;-)
