Shrimp is for eating, not for lining...

I've decided that the shrimp pink linen will be a dress of some sort on it's own eventually and not lining to the surcote. Instead, I'm using this old piece of changeable "many star" fabric that is green one way, purple another, and blue yet another. It's pretty, it's just not silk like I was told when I bought it online. Since this is going to be an outer garment, I don't think the "many star" will be an issue.

Actually, the shrimp color is very popular in working class Italian garb so I might just use it for that. I still have a ton of green velvet trim left....
