No long post right now

I am typing with one hand, so no long post. I fell directly on the sidewalk, taking the skin off half my right hand at my parents house. And my left knee...and left pinkie...and right elbow...my brother thought I broke my hand I'm so bandaged up.

Anyway, if I could take all my friends from CC29 and have transported them to the Steampunk world's fair, it would have been a perfect weekend.

Grownups should not fall down. We don’t do it very well. I think we lose our bounce gene at the age of 21. I hope you heal fast.

It was sort of funny because I just went...down. There was no flailing about or anything like that. I was just...down and did not want to be there. When I managed to get into the house, my Mom came to greet me and took me straight back to the sink to wash me off. We ended up having to go to the drug store because she didn't have any bandaged big enough. It stung like crazy! I really think there was still salt from the winter on that sidewalk...

Aw, thanks! I loved seeing you this weekend too! I *think* it will be this weekend and Miss Ginsie will be the star of the segment. ;-) My hand...I honestly think this is one of the worst scraps I've had ever. It will heal though and I just need to learn to write with my left hand again.

My hand just looks like I poured boiling hot water on it but it isn't blistering so I think it will be okay. I'm trying to air it out and hopefully it will heal quickly. It wouldn't be an event if I didn't injure myself somehow! Box cutters, sidewalks -all result in me doing something stupid to injure my poor hand...

I'm sure it will. Actually, my left pinkie is almost all better. The right hand will take a lot longer though. Eh, I should be use to injuring my hands around the time of events now. ;-)
