isabelladangeloSewing Machine fail. My denim and silk sewing machine has finally broken -after four and a half years. I think. I know it's broken - I think I know what's wrong too- but I can't recall how long I've had the machine. I tried my vintage machine but the thread kept breaking so I took that as a sign that I was not going to be able to wear a patriotic dress this year.
I'll get the sewing machine fixed this week. I'm sure it will be $$$ but I need the thing fixed and it's worked well thus far.
Luckily, Pennsic sewing isn't too terrible. I was planning on hand sewing one dress anyway and maybe one more if I finished everything. I have everything else I need done. It was just some "extra" things I was hoping to get done - all of which i can get done if the sewing machine is fixed quick enough.
In happy news, I finally got through Silent Hill: Shattered Memories (a Wii game that is rather freaky). I'm sort of upset you don't get to shoot the shrink at the end....I seriously wanted to choke him a couple of times...
