Photo courtesy of padawansguide I wore my embroidered Regency again since I couldn't finish the 1810's gown. Grr. However, I did get to wear my brand new tiara! It's sparkly and has pearls! I canz join tiara club now?

That is lovely! I don't know anything about the "Regency." What time period, etc?

Thanks! Regency is from about the mid 1790's until about the early 1830's. The style I'm wearing was popular between 1795-1810 -specifically 1803 to 1805 based on the fashion plates. The style started as a rejection of anything resembling the French Court.
