Greetings from Las Vegas

isabelladangeloI need to take a video of the hotel room. The kitchen really is bigger than my kitchen at home. The bathroom is fabulous and the entire room is more of a small apartment than a room.
The whole flight experience wasn't horrible. I was prepared for the worst -luckily, all the porno shots were down so it was only my good friend the metal detector. I can deal with that. I wore a light white broomstick skirt, a black babydoll top, a pink scarf, and my "new" shoes. I wanted something comfortable and yet something that had zero metal in it because I did not want to set off the detectors.
Once through, I stopped my Auntie Anne's and got a lemonade and a pretzel. I would have gotten something more substantial had I known the lack of food choices in Milwaukee. My layover was there and they happen to like cold in Milwaukee. Thank goodness I packed a sweater for the airplane!
Marxer and Mom had been nice enough to drop me off at the airport. Or, rather, Mom was nice enough to bring the nephew so I could see him before I left. :-) He wanted to go see Aunt Sissy's house when he found out that's where Nonna was going. We watched his shows; one of which was about surprise parties and birthday tiaras! So Aunt Sissy had to show off her tiara. Marxer was very impressed with it even if it didn't fit him. ;-)
Anyway, the shuttle from the Vegas airport to here wasn't bad. My room is nice, and now I'm going to go crash. Night!
