I haven't made anything new, just going through the repair lot. I've taken apart my pink Tudor I made way back in 2002, I think. I remade it a couple of years ago but realized the way I had the skirt attached would not work. It was too bulky at the waist. It ended up in the repair pile and hasn't been touched since. I took apart the dress and the bodice is fine. I recut the skirt a bit and I just need to resew the skirt to the bodice. It won't take long so I might work on it tomorrow.
I also worked on my old black velvet Tudor. That one is OLD but it still looks nice. It just had a couple of minor rips. One was up along the back seam and the other was at the waist seam. I've fixed both and might wear that tomorrow.
I've also fixed up the red velvet German I made last year. Another one with just a couple of rips. I made the armsyces odd, apparently and they are ripping in the front. It's a quick hand sew.
I might wear the red velvet instead -Octoberfest and all that but the black velvet is warm. Not sure which one to wear but it will be one of those two. With a cloak apparently because it will be a high of 60 tomorrow.
And given the colder temps, I've been thinking about making gloves. Nice 16th C leather gloves. Of course, I only have 15 projects or so before I get to that...
