I have just received word that the Met, you know, the museum with that terrible, horrible, search engine that makes us all want to go stabbidy, is, in fact, upgrading it! yay! They will be adding an advanced search "soon". I have no idea when soon is, but after using a few computer terms and telling them "uh, it doesn't work! Bring the old one back!", I did get an email saying they are adding the advanced search.. Yay!

I told them. They didn't believe me. Apparently, I'm one of the first to complain! Write to
web.site@metmuseum.org and tell them how horrible their search is, please.
