Before and After

This is what the front of the dress looked like last night. I messed up one side and didn't match it to the other. It looked off.



So, I fixed it! It looks much better now. Now, to finish the details on the bodice and attach that to the rest of the gown.

heh! i can see myself making the same mistake... but boy, does it look gorgeous! the gold trim on the blue is so rich!

:-D When I realized what I had done, I sort of realized how very "me" it was to not double check. The gold trim has a hint of mauve woven into it. The ribbons on the stomacher are going to be mauve silk to really pull the dress together - hopefully!
