Kimono!

I got the kimono I bought off of ebay a couple of days ago today. I know, quick, huh? Anyway, the more I look at it, the more I love it. The color is a very lovely royal blue with a purplish undertone. It's most definitely silk and parts of it look to be hand sewn. All the repairs are just where the thread broke along the seams -very easy! Yay! It's truly lovely. Because it's this beautiful purplish blue, I'm thinking a purple dress to go beneath it. :-) We'll see.


My living room fabric I designed just got shipped -to my parents's house. Doh! Good thing they don't live far away. I forgot to change the address on paypal and spoonflower. Oh well. Mom will get to see it first, I guess.

I have a full plan of action on all my edwardian stuffs. Now, to actually sit down and get it all done!
