Do not use the flour based non stick cooking spray for the gluten free chocolate cake. They do not like each other.

However, do make the icing with the corn free powdered sugar, 1/3 cup of olive oil, 1 drop mint extract, 2 drops vanilla extract, and the almond milk. Adding chocolate chips and making the icing a lovely mint green is also awesome.
