If you haven't gotten to a tv yet or can't thanks to the banging on the door, they have arrived. That wasn't hail earlier today...it was something else...from somewhere else. I'm not sure what has happened yet but I'm glad I didn't go into work today. Ginsie is safe. It's a good thing I didn't let her go outside or else she might have gotten infected too.

I'm told that the infection starves the brain but re-animates the tissue. These...these zombies are everywhere. I saw a few heading down the street away from the local grocery store. Maybe they have discovered something? I just know the zombies were almost running away from the center of town.

I have only had to use my swords a couple of times. They seem to not like dogs and run away at the sound of barking...and the sound of soda cans opening now as well. Too bad I don't have any mentos around the house.

I will blog more later with updates on the zombie situation.

i made it out... whouseknecht (my husband) got.... eaten... (apparently its worse than i thought... he made management, no brain function at all)

i am posting info as i get it on my Lj... but its very conflicted.
they appear to be slowed down and hurt by soda. best guess is the phosphoric acid.
Salt hurts them BIG time.

i know Thorninthefoot has a salt fixation, but she was right on target about this one.

apparently they dislike any loud noises, but yeah. dogs barking especially.

I've covered my front lawn in salt. No more flowers this year but I'd rather have no flowers than zombies.
