A quick update on my costuming

This is one of the latest gowns for a client. She wanted an Irish gown with an 18th c flare so I re did the pleats. The pleats now make most of the fabric on the sides rather than in the back like with a Renaissance styled gown. I also made the chemise with 3/4 sleeves. The entire gown is out of linen as well as the underskirt. Tell me what y'all think!

I like it --- it's lovely. The extra fabric on the sides should work well for the wide silhouette.
