update on the peacock gown

It's almost done. Mom's threatened to steal it. I'm just attempting to figure out do I want to use the purple trim as straps for the gown (it's REALLY late period, 1580's Italian) or purple ribbon? I finished the sleeves and they aren't perfect but I doubt anyone will notice or care. I ran out of the brocade so I had to cut a small strip of the scrap material to run along the inside seam of one of the sleeves to widen it.
I'll work on a red late 15th c bodice next.
