Sorry folks, but so many on my f-list seem to think the Palin not completely understanding the VP job is news worthy, so here's a story from a couple of weeks ago about Biden:
Did Biden get it wrong?
I find it disheartening to see that Palin gets called out so much but Biden isn't even mentioned in the News. (It is still Obama vs McCain and not Obama vs Palin, right?) Biden has been screwing up too and it's only fair to point it out. (Let's not forget the global warming is "only" caused by humans comment or the misinformation regarding the $5000 tax credit on health care (yes, it goes to the insurance companies because that's what it's for! To pay the insurance company!))
And to have a bit more fun:
Troops support McCain 3 to 1
Acorn
And more on Acorn
Voter registration material sent to "Princess" the dead goldfish This story gets me for a couple of reasons a) I don't like the idea of Voter Registration material just being sent out to a few select people. If voter registration is going to be sent out, send it out to everyone. Better yet, save the paper and set up booth at places where people actually hang out to register them to vote; like shopping malls, grocery stores, Starbucks, ect. B)The mailing was sent out by a group that has been associated with Acorn. Voter registration should be real people and should be non-political. Everyone who is eligible to vote, should be registered regardless of sex, color, ethnicity, political affiliation, or religion. Targeting groups based solely on their sex, in this case, seems so terribly wrong to me.
