It's just been one of those days

isabelladangeloYes, I had the day off and that was good. However, everything I try to do just ends up *wrong*. Like the skirt. I finally got around to sewing up the simple skirt...when I notice that the waistband is a different width on one side than on the other. So, now, to take the waistband off the skirt and re-cut it. Which wouldn't be all that horrible except that the skirt is made out of that fraying material which frays the second it is exposed to air. So not fun.
I got the dog pattern for Ginsie. She didn't seem too thrilled with the pattern but I think she'll think differently when she actually sees the finished product.
Anyway, I'm just going to go drink some more hot cider with cinnamon. It's yummy and apples are good for you. ...watch, given my day, I'll break the mug.
Also, you know you text way too much when 1-866-vet-cent looks like 1-866-888 33 8 222 33 66 8. I did eventually get in touch with them and get Ginsie's medication.
