More for myself than anything else
Dec. 29th, 2008 01:00 pmI'm trying to figure out exactly what I want to do in LA. Right now it's Universal Studios (Season pass), LACMA, La Brea Tar Pits, and the fabric district. I'm considering a wine country tour that looks really good too. I'll see if Dad wants to go on that because I know he'll love something like that to do. That should, for the most part, fill most of my week. Of course, seeing the Pacific ocean is up there on the list but I'll get bored of that after an hour. I might rent a Ford Mustang (it's cheaper than the shiny Volvo) to drive around in.
Oh, did I mention I got my first pay check today at my new promotional level? Squee! It's a good $50 a pay check more than I thought I'd be getting. So, I'm really excited!

Alteryears is in LA and sells costume patterns, findings and accessories.
You also might want to check out the Getty.
