My truck died. It has died a horrible death. Okay, so it was 10 years old and I didn't expect it to make it through last year let alone this year but I was hoping to make it until April. No such luck. I have to junk the thing because the engine is pretty much gone.

...So, Dad is letting me borrow the jeep for now until I can get another truck. I'm going to go check out a Ford Escape that I found via cars.com. The only thing that is "wrong" with the one on cars.com is that it's silver. I *hate* silver cars with a passion....so....anyone know of a good place to get a car painted for cheap? I'm thinking blood red....

Sorry about the truck. I am sure you were compassionate when you took a .45 and put a bullet into the engine.
As for the paint job; Better get Maaco

...It was more like I drained it of it's life blood (oil) and left it there to die. I was too afraid the bullet would bounce off of something and hit me in the eye. I think I've watched A Christmas Story too much.

As for Maaco, true. But now I'm thinking of getting a bit of car paint and painting fun things like my heraldry on the thing. That way, everyone will know it's mine! All mine!
