German Gown...again

Okay, so I've drafted it out, cut it out, and the bodice is pretty much sewn. I'm still having a few minor issues with the gown but I expect that I can sew the entire thing up tomorrow after renn fest. The color of the gown is about like a dark peacock green with bright gold trim. I can't decide whether to make the underbodice red so I look like a Christmas tree (hey, they were invented in Germany!) or purple like Mardi Gras (ummm....Carnival?). Either way, I'm probably going to get a lot of funny looks in this gown. I'll post pictures and all when it's done. It's slowly coming along....
