I saw this on pinterest. It is N O T an actual Renaissance era bust.  (You'd think the pink bubble gum would give it away but apparently not.)   It was created by  Gerard Mas (http://www.gerardmas.com/esp-obra.htm) in 2008.  You can see several such busts - ones that look very Renaissance-ish but have something whimsical and modern about them (like the pink bubble gum...)  If you are pinning them because they are cool, have fun!  But they aren't for Renaissance era clothing research.
